Damn Renegades release new single ‘Conscience’
Haille KernDamn Renegades is an alternative rock band from Philadelphia formed in 2020 during the pandemic, and have since released their first EP, “Split”, as well as a follow-up, “Caravan”. They want to make a name for themselves by putting in the work and making lasting contributions to the music industry.
It’s always good to see these powerful three-piece rock bands, and Damn Renegades are one of those music groups where each member is doing it all on 100%. You’ll love the power of vocals of lead guitarist Ryan Gattini and bassist Dillon Finn, who are both singers, as well as Vinnie Muckey‘s flowing, hard-hitting drums. Nothing else is needed; the sound spectrum is full, it’s a great mix of punk and metal.
This single was recorded in Manayunk, Pennsylvania, at Philadelphia Music Studios, and mixed by Zach Brown. It’s a song about seeing your older self in current time and almost having a cathartic experience about it.

Nonstop hard-hitting rock in “Conscience” seems fitting for extreme sports. Those who weren’t born yesterday will recall that similar music was once used a lot in off-road racing, hockey, and other video games. The gaming industry is massive, and it’s ridiculous when they use some random midi royalty-free noise over real music created by independent artists. It can be a great way for people to learn about new artists and become rock music fans.
Without a doubt, “Conscience” is now added to RED Rock Magazine’s Top 10, as well as many other Spotify playlists.
