Bound By Honor: Blood In, Blood Out

This is easily sitting amongst my own personal top 5 movies. It is a gripping drama that is equal parts a film about prison life and surviving in a tumultuous environment where you feel all alone, but also a film about family and the sense of love and community you have within that structure. How one horrible in life could send you down either a dark path or a redemption ark. The two main characters are both affected by one such decision and we the audience see how their lives unfold along the differing paths while still being connected by family.
